Prenatal Massage
Is much like a regular massage, but the therapist will be careful to avoid putting pressure on certain areas and will use unique positions to keep the mother comfortable and safe. Please be after your first trimester for safety; unless you provide a doctors note.

Mom and Baby Bonding Massage
During this massage the baby can lay on the mother. This massage is meant for the mother and the baby to bond while the mother receives massage therapy.

This is massage involves the face, neck, and scalp. Helping to promote healthy skin while relaxing facial muscles. This can also help with sinuses, migraines, and TMJ.

Ear Candling
This is an alternative medicine practice used to treat earwax buildup, other conditions and problems relating to the ears. Ear candles are hollow cones made out of fabric, covered in wax. The base is placed in the ear, and the other end is lit on fire. As the tube heats up it pulls wax from the inner ear.
Benefits of ear candling resolves earwax buildup, can help with earaches, helps with swimmers ear and infections, tinnitus, hearing problems, sinus infections, can help rebalance your mental state, can help clear a sore throat, dizziness, and stress.
This is about 20-30 minute per ear service. Recommended that both ears are done.

Vacuum and Fire Cupping Therapy
The ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, well-being and as a type of deep tissue massage. Vacuum Cupping can consist of Dry Cupping, which is a section only method, Running Cupping which involves massaging with the cups, and Flash Cupping that involves quick repeated suction and release. Fire Cupping is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine where heat is added to a glass cup causing a vacuum effect when applied to the skin.
What to expect during and after cupping therapy? You may feel a sucking sensation with pressure, and your skin may turn red and show some bruising after your session. Any discoloration or marks usually go away after 7 days. Locations of cupping can be discussed before therapy.
